Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Second Class. Please note that this is an untracked service, so we're unable to provide real-time delivery updates.

Processing Times

• Memberships: Orders placed by the 23rd of the month will be dispatched in time for the following month's mailing.
• One-off orders: These are shipped promptly — please allow up to one week from your dispatch confirmation email for delivery.

International Orders

We do ship outside of the UK! Please be aware that international deliveries may take additional time beyond our standard estimates.

Didn't receive your order?

If your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch with us within one week of receiving your dispatch confirmation email and we'll be happy to send a replacement.
